The Rocketeer by Paul Shipper
I've been following artist Paul Shipper for a while on Instagram and saw a kick-ass print he did for The Rocketeer. Lo and behold - the gallery that is carrying it is only 10 minutes away!! So I ordered it and drove over to pick it up.
Hero Complex Gallery, in Culver City, is unassuming from the outside, but once inside you'll find it chock full of bad-ass artwork.
I showed up on the last day of the RED show. Favorites like Paul Shipper and Staermose were represented among other talented artists. Their newest show, Bleeding Metallics, opened yesterday. I highly recommend that you pay them a visit if you're in the area. I know I will - I already have my eyes on a print Ultraman by Kako.
